CHVBGSO Inc. is the organization that is responsible for umpiring high school softball in Orange County, NY and the Monticello Central School District.  We provide the training required by the New York State Softball Officials Organization, and all follow-up information and testing, for anyone to qualify to umpire softball in our area.  We receive our schedules from the Section IX Athletic Coordinator’s Office located within Orange-Ulster BOCES.

     We are an affiliate member of the New York State Softball Officials Organization Inc.
